PHILOSOPHY 1
Completely devoted to not being assholes
I've learned an interesting lesson over the years – the choice of who people want to record their music with is based more on human connections than anything to do with equipment, technique, or even past projects. We're just focused on being nice people. That tends to result in our customers having the time of their life making a record here.
I've experienced this myself more often than I'd expect when I reach out to others in the music industry (mastering engineers, pro audio dealers, labels, etc.). I'm sometimes scared to even ask a question for fear of "bothering" someone. As you'll see in our other philosophies, we're dedicated to creating only good vibes.
PHILOSOPHY 2
We only do projects we're thrilled to work on
This may seem harsh, but it really isn't. You'll definitely enjoy your time in the studio way more when you know that the people you're working with to record your music are just as excited about it as you are. This is also the only way you can be sure you'll get results in the end. Imagine working with someone that isn't all that interested in your music – how do you think that will turn out?

We book projects, not blocks of time
We don't book by the hour, or by blocks of time. All of our work is booked by the song or by the record. We will never be pressured by the clock, how many vocal takes you want to take, or "how much time is left".
Think of this as an all-inclusive luxury cruise. Every project we take on receives our full attention and effort, from beginning to end. This tends to result in a level of dedication to your music that you've never experienced before in any other studio.
